IIDA: Holiday Party 12.16.2009

International Interior Design Association (IIDA)had their holiday party for their LA branch at Air Conditioned Bar in Santa Monica on Pico. The party had a toy drive which benefitted the Starlight Children's Foundation, which was super sweet. The person from the Starlight Foundation gave her thanks and teared up, which made me tear up too.


We loved being able to be part of the charity. We give discounts to non-profit organizations and charities!

We were there for the whole wedding, 6 hours and got lots of great shots. SmogShoppe is so beautiful and each event is unique and breath-taking. Here are some of the highlights. They are super nice and worked so hard the whole time!

The guests last night were super fun! So many kept coming back to take photos. We loved all the giggles and laughter coming from inside the booth. The props were a big hit and we lost out lepoard pimp hat for awhile but found it.

Janet was such a cool bride, super nice and loved popping in to take photos with her guests. Everyone loved the props.

Beth & Ben at Huron Substation 11.07.2009

This was the first wedding we did at the Huron Substation (they film a lot in this space) and it is super cool.

The photo on the welcome page is from Beth and Ben's wedding website. We create a custom welcome page for each event. They preferred not to have the complete photobox since it was upstairs so we had the camera on a tripod.

The bride and groom were super cool. Beth didn't wear a traditional white dress but a very beautiful navy short dress and she was a breath-taking bride. The props were a huge hit as you can see from the photos. And they had this great space on the second floor with a brick wall and cool white leather couch. So awesome.

New Roads School Halloween Carnival 2009

Our custom welcome page. We used a foot switch button as opposed to a push button on the front of the photobox (which is what we normally have) because this event was for kids.


The kids were so cute (and the parents too as you can tell). The background was done by one of the moms. We had tons of fun.
